Cervical spondylosis is a degenerative disorder of cervical
vertebrae. If affects uppermost seven bones of the vertebral
column of the neck region.
The main symptoms are stiffness and pain on moving the neck
and shoulder muscles and vertigo. This may be due to jerk
while travelling injuries, wear and tear of joints due to
ageing. The disc between the vertebrae may become abnormal
and some nerves in the region may be compressed leading
to tingling numbness in the arms, Cervical pain may also
