A graduate from the University of Mumbai, Rupa Chotrani went on to complete an extensive training program in Yoga completing her Advance diploma in Yoga. She has done Teachers Training, an International Yoga Siromani course. Further she has a Diploma in Yoga therapy, Sujok therapy, Neurotherapy, Acupressure therapy and Naturopathy to her credit. She was drawn to Yoga owing to lower back pain and is able to lead a balanced peaceful life through regular practice and faith in Yoga and wish to create awareness among parents, children and the society at large of the many benefits of yoga.

Rupa had been a pre school teacher for 6 years with Podar Group of Schools and currently she is working with St. Stanilaus School wth higher level.

She is conducting yoga classes at various places for all age group.

She has been successful in treating problems such as Depression, Cardiac, Hypertension, Asthma, Sinus, Obesity, Cervical, Lumbar, etc.

She gives special attention to individual health problem through private classes.

Her workshops on Yoga for children includes:
Asanas for increase in height.
Trataka for better eyesight.
Concentration for mind control.
Relaxation for calming the mind.
Krida Yoga fun games.

She is also conducting prenatal /postnatal classes.
